How will buyer's agents access my listing information?	After you upload your listing, a string of text will be generated, including a unique code and a message instructing buyer's agents to call us and enter the code. Copy and paste the text string to the Agent Remarks section on the MLS. Once your listing is uploaded, buyer's agents can call the Openrate phone number at (855) 231-6811 and enter the property code to get the compensation information on your listing.
Are listings accessible in a feed?	No, listing information is only accessible one listing at a time and with a property code by calling the Openrate phone number at (855) 231-6811. Listing information is never shown to buyer's agents in aggregated feed form. Calling the Openrate phone number to request compensation information is the same principle as calling a listing agent to ask them for the compensation amount for their listing, except Openrate's automated phone number is available 24/7 and answers on the first ring.
Do I pay per listing?	No. As long as you're subscribed you can upload as many listings as you want. In addition, buyer's agents can access your listing information for free by calling (855) 231-6811.
Can I cancel my subscription?	Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings found under the profile icon. You'll need to deactivate your account first before you unsubscribe. Once you deactivate your account and unsubscribe, you'll no longer be able to upload listings, so be sure you're certain you want to unsubscribe before doing so.
I cancelled my subscription but would like to renew. How do I reactivate my account and subscribe again?	Once you log in with your account credentials, you'll be prompted to purchase a new subscription and reactivate your account. Once you've subscribed and your account is reactivated, you'll be able to access the Openrate portal and upload listings again. Note: account reactivation can take up to 15 minutes. Please refresh the page to check if your account status has updated.
